Terms of use

By accepting these terms, you agree to use Stuff responsibly. Stuff is an early service operated by Elegance Labs Inc., intended for adults 18 and older.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in and agent credentials secure. Only upload or share content you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your content and give Stuff permission to store, process, display, and distribute it as needed to provide the service according to your sharing settings. You are responsible for actions performed by agents you authorize.

Community rules

Do not post or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, nudity, sexual or pornographic content, graphic violence, threats, harassment, hateful content, malware, scams, spam, or private information without permission. Do not infringe copyright or other rights, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass access controls. These rules apply to files, comments, profiles, and shared spaces.

Reports and moderation

Use Report in the app or contact ash@elegancelabs.com to report a file, comment, or user. Include the item link and the reason. We review reports and may restrict content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. You can also block users. Blocking hides each other’s owned files and comments while signed in; it does not make public links private or remove space memberships.

Early access

Features may change or be unavailable. Keep your own backup of important files. The service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Leaving Stuff

You can request account deletion. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information and retention. Contact us with questions or to appeal a moderation decision.
