Delete your Stuff account

You can request deletion in the Stuff app: You → Delete account → Request account deletion. You can also request deletion without installing or signing in to the app:

Send the request from the email address used for Stuff. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. We verify that the request is yours before deleting anything.

Delete selected data and keep your account

To request removal of specific files, versions, comments, or personal information without closing your Stuff account, email ash@elegancelabs.com from your account email and identify the data using item links or names. Do not attach sensitive files. We verify ownership and confirm completion. You can also move files to Trash in the web app and permanently delete them there. The retention limits below apply to both types of request.

What is deleted

We remove your Stuff account, sign-in sessions, agent connections, and personal data associated with the account, including your owned files and versions, subject to any legal retention obligations. We confirm how to handle spaces you own with other members before processing the request. Deleting Stuff does not delete your separate accounts in other Elegance Labs products.

What may remain

Copies saved by other people, content they own, limited records required for legal or abuse-prevention purposes, and backups awaiting rotation may remain. A request is reviewed manually; it is not an immediate deletion. We confirm any necessary ownership steps and completion by email.
